How to not over-eat
There are 2 ways to get fat, Eating too much and not moving enough. Unfortunatley, we moslty do both. If you need to stop over eating the keep reading… it is really easy.
- Do not let youself get hungry
- Learn when you get hungry and eat before that time.
- Eat slowly and take time to taste the food
- If you are like me, then you get hungry and shovel the good in as fast as possible
- If you take you time and concetrate on how the food tastes and feels you will enjoy it so much more. Plus, by going slower you let you brain catch up to you stomach.
- Eat healthy foods, veggies and fruits too
- Basically eat anything that you can easily figure out where is came from. Fruit comes from trees, steak from cows. Where does a chilidog come from?
- Fast food tends to not make you feel satisfied, where some yogurt or cheese will.
- Consiously think about what you are eating when you are going it.
- thinking about your food when you are eating makes the above three rules work easier
There you go, the trick to not over-eating. Really, the main thing is to be Consience of what you are doing. Dont over think, just think enough to know what you are going. It should not feel like work.
